I live with my niece for the time being !?

I found out that my niece has been getting food stamps based on my disability from the state of Georgia for over 4 months now. I pay her rent and i pay 1/3rd of the utilities. If I didnt give her permission to get food stamps based on my living in her house, is this legal ? I but all my own food at the moment but they go out and buy chips and ice cream and generally seem to abuse the program. i am elligable for over $100.00 on my own if I chose to apply for them ! I think this is fraud and i want to know what i should do ! There is no loyalty between us, she has people come and go for weeks at a time In fact her husband is a convicted felon and the freeloader on the couch the last 3 weeks is also for possession with intent to distribute Oxycontin, last year. He is eating the "POTATO CHIPS" On my food stamps ! literally ! How do i report this as anonymously as possible ? Both the food stamp thing and the 2 felons in the same house with a 4 year old also !
