What can a recently convicted felon obtain a degree in that will ensure the most job opportunities after?

I am a 24 year old female that was caught up in an unfortunate incident and became charged with a FEDERAL felony for what they call a "white collar crime". Federal meaning there's no way for this to be expunged unless pardoned from the President. Anyway, I would like to further my education in a field where my conviction alone will not hold me back or keep me from getting a job after I am done with school. My felony was not violence or drug related (again, "white collar"). The judge that sentenced me even admitted that it was unfortunate it happened to a person like me and he would like to see me continue my education and become a productive member of society. I've heard and read where I can count out anything in the medical field or anything dealing with children such as teacher, etc. Any suggestions as to what kind of field I should be looking at?
