How much time can a first time felon get in the state of new york?

Depends on your crime...im a Correction officer from PA and in our state the minimum we take in state pens which is felons is 2 years...most first time drug crimes are 2-4, agrrivated assault is 5-10 murder depending on the degree is 6-life care to elaborate on the crime?
