How can I get a felony record expunged in the State of Fl?

I got in trouble for a nonviolent crime when I was 18. I am now 23 going on 24 serving in the United States Marine Corps with recommendations from higher up individuals. I found a form online for record expunged but on the form it says that my felon is not able to be expunged. Do I have to get a lawyer in this case or is there something else I can do? Please help
