I had important email go to spam and deleted it accidentally, will they be able to retrieve it if I submitted?

I had 2 or 3 important emails go to spam and deleted it accidentally, will they be able to retrieve it if I submitted a request? I can't even find where I requested the help now, but it said they would email me within 24 hours and try to reset my mailbox to that time period.
