aww, from what it looks like these are probably the first stages before an affair and he might just like her...but nothing has happened yet. I do think it's abit wrong that he has time to take her to lunch but not to take you to an appointment. I would say be cautious and tell him how you feel but don't shout at him. Be calm and try not to worry to much because it's not good for the baby.
