Why would anybody be foolish enough to point out that New York is #2 in job creation, when?

I think they meant economic size. Which is false. Forbes rated Texas number 2 and New York number 3. In any case there aren't any clear results to show there was any job creation. The economic progress is most likely purely consumption from the masses and heavy taxation.
