Why am I having such a hard time with my mom?

I know she is really trying to make me happy, but all she does is make me miserable. First off, I have anxiety, and she can't comprehend that I'm not trying to be irrational; that's just how I think. Then she will act like I'm being mean and taking stuff too seriously when I get upset, but I can't help it. I also lost weight in the fall to the point where I was unhealthy. I started seeing a nutritionist, and she says I am at a healthy weight, but my mom doesn't believe it. She will go and buy food that she knows I like and she won't eat it so that I feel like I have to have it just to let it not go to waste. She knows that I had to gain weight, and even though I am healthy, it's still hard when she will eat barely anything (no carbs), but I have to force food down my throat even though I am not hungry just to eat enough. Then she practically brags about how she doesn't like to eat this or she doesn't like that, and it's really upsetting because I feel like she is rubbing it in my face. I hurt my hip, so I can't go running, but that is how I relieve my stress. It's all building up inside me, so I keep getting stomach cramps because I have nowhere to release my frustration. I'm just going crazy and I don't know what to do!

Sending a group email without being rejected?

I use my Yahoo account to send email invitations to a monthly community meeting. I have no more than 35 addresses in my groups. I had to type in the crooked letters & numbers each time before sending, and still was rejected 50% of the time. I had to resend up to 3 times to get it sent. I also have to type in the letters & numbers when I send a single email. Why is this? What could I do to assure that my emails go through the 1st time? Thi drunk downstairs harrasses my gf every time she leaves or comes to the apartment where me and her share a place. That's not much information. Do you mean they're going to YOUR Spam folder, or do you mean they go to the spam folders of the people you're emailing? I've never heard of our own emails going to our spam folders, so I couldn't help you there. But if the issue is that the emails you send are going into the recipients spam folders, if they are friends, suggest that they put your email address in their Address Book/Contacts. That would generally resolve that problem.

If someone reported you driving with a suspended license and told the police where you were and what you were driving, would the police go and look for you and would you be arrested? He is a convicted felon of fraud, and also has drug and dui charges. He is currently on probation and says he has not paid any money on it. If violated he will have to serve 5 years in prison. I am an international student and I enrolled in a course to improve my English. Today I had my first lesson with him and I really really don't like him! He is a stereotyped jerk who think he can yells and shouts at students because he is a teacher. He tells us not to answer questions if it's stupid. During the lesson he will brags about his ability to use English and on and on about Latin blah blah.... and there's only one teacher who teach this course of study. He's also very strict and expects us to answer all the questions correctly Otherwise he'll be mad and start yelling like a four-year-old kids. I'm sooooo sick of him. Is it reasonable to change course of study if you feel uncomfortable and not happy with your teacher? What should I do?

Can legal action be taken against a company who forces an employee to resign for being a convicted felon?

A friend of mine who is a registered sex offender applied for a job last August. Nowhere on the application did it ask about being convicted of a felony. He got the job and worked there for 10 months... The other day, a co-worker informed management of his record, and he was forced to resign. Can any action be taken against the company? Even though the application didn't ask about any felony's he may have been charged with, he did supply them with his social security number, so wasn't it the company's fault for not doing the background check using his social security number? He was already employed for 10 months, and his conviction was back in 2002, almost 10 years ago. All I know is he has come a long way since then, and has turned his life around. He was on his last year of registering for sex offender, and then he his record would be sealed....

Heavens no don't make a new account. In Active directory, you can just change the name of the account to match the new name. On the exchange server go to the active directory users and computers snap-in and change the smtp properties under the address tab. You will want to add a new smtp address for that user reflecting the new name and set that one as the reply address. Keep the old smtp address as well for now that way the old addy will still be valid. Change the display name in the General tab in active directory. You can also change log in name to match the users new name but make sure you tell them first so they don't have trouble logging in.

We even were looking into moving in together. Then some things occurred such as his 'ex' hacked his email, went through his phone and found out conversations that he told me she was bringing to court with her. Finally I asked if there was something still going on between them with my supisions and putting everything together, I had thought something was going on. I began asking and trying to confront him about it. He later reassured me that this what he wanted, and after many previous talks about sticking this out with him it was what I wanted as well. Then the next week I saw on his 'ex's facebook a picture of the two and their child. Not really sure if it was recent or not, I tried asking him again and I didn't really get any answer out of him, literally. Then his 'ex' emailed me explaining to stay away and that they were NOT getting a divorce. Which just confused me even more because he even told me that his mother knew of us and that she was helping him with the divorce/custody battle. Hello. The past three years of my life have been the most bittersweet years ever. My best friend was shot n killed then 3 months later I got pregnant. So, I'm trying to write this story on Wattpad. I've had the plot written out for a while now, and I've done short summaries of what I think should happen in my first five chapters. My daughters fathers brother just got out of jail and I am very nervous that he is living there. I am not comfortable with him being around when she is over there for her visits. This guy is a violent offender and he has multiple restraining orders on him. It is a somewhat crazy situation because my sister has a daughter with this guy and she and her daughter have restraining orders on him as well. I have been seeing a lot of comments from Somali people claiming to be 'Arab' or 'Caucasian'. I think that's the stupidest thing ever. There are lots of light skinned Somalians sure but there are even more dark skinned ones and there is no such thing as Somali hair! I hate my school and i have like no friends..help?

I will try to make this as short as possible. I hate my school. I live in a small town, with about 40,000 people...one of those small country towns where everyone knows everybody. To make that situation worse, i go to a private school here, where there are only 16 people in my entire freshman class. my algebra class, for example, has 6 people in it. Bullying is terrible here, it’s more mental than physical. i haven’t been bullied since I fit in and stuff, but the “book nerds” get bullied all of the time, and it’s hard to see…when I tell people that they shouldn’t do that they just say “oh ____, but look at her, she’s so ugly! How could you ever be nice to THAT?” so, i don't have many friends. to be honest, i only have 2 REALLY close friends, with one of them living out of town. why do i hate my school? my classmates are snobby and mean, and are so clique-y, and backstab. yes, i do buy all of the designer clothes and the fads, but i don't brag about it thinking im "rich and i dress better than ____ ". i fit in with my school, that isn't the problem. i just hate the people at the school and everything about it. the teachers are all rich and just teach for a little extra $$$ (public schools pay SO much more money) and have favorites, of course the kids of their friends. if you even try to REACH in your purse they will think you are texting. i make all A's in school, with b's as well, but not many. one time, a made a C on a science test, and then they called my parents because they thought i was "slipping and may not do well the rest of the year because of it" i mean what the heck, it was the hardest chapter we learned, and i still made one of the highest grades. these are just a few examples, i mean i could literally go on. i know you get special attention at private school, but they often cross the line to which it is a personal matter. i wish i went to public school, but there are only 2 public schools, and they are ranked like 200 in my state, so it's not too great. plus, one is located in the ghetto (don't mean to be racist) and there are shootings like every week, which of course everyone finds out about. In fact, I tried public school and one of my classmates I was starting to be friends with got shot. So, I came back to private school (parent’s choice) but anyways i just wish there was some way i could get out, i mean i want to experience REAL life in public school, not private school where 60% of the kids will continue to support their families business, or just fall back on the money their parents have and live off of that. It makes me depressed that all of these kids have their future planned out, where I have no clue what I want to be in life….and then I get so much pressure every day ,with the teachers saying “everyone needs to find out their career, there is no turning back” it’s just a whack school. And to have like no friends makes life even worse. Im on summer vacation now, and literally has been doing very little, just since I have no friends. And so hard to join cliques, and to be honest, I just don’t want to join some of the cliques there. My parents are divorced so I lifve with my mom, never having a dad there to take care of me, and I suffered from anorexia last year , nearly dying at 5’8’’ and 89 pounds.. because I wanted to be thinner. I am now back to a normal weight, but I still have that thought in my head that I need to go back, because i lost most of my muscle. I’m not fat now or anything, I’m 128 which is healthy for my height. God bless you if you read all of this.
