How to handle arrogant friends?

All of my friends are arrogant and I'm not at all, which is starting to make me shy... Because all I hear is them saying how great they are and I never say anything which makes me think that I'm not... Idk how to handle it and how to be less shy... I don't date much and they brag about that a lot too so I'm shyish around girls sometimes... Please help me get over it
