Am i convicted felon?

ok, i'm fifteen last year i stold 8.00$ worth of things at icing. i got a letter in the mail i am banned from the mall and icing or claires until i am eighteen. And i am let off on a warning and if i follow the law i get it sponged off when i am eighteen. anyway i'm filling out a application it ask me "if i'm a convicted of a crime?" do i put yes? thanks & if anyone is at claires or icing don't even think of stealing anything. <3.
