Can a drug trafficking felon travel abroad?

I'm kinda of doubting that john could get into asia.But one never knows.I'm just guessing here.but they(the govnerment)allowed individual of far worse committed crimes to go anywhere they want. the govnerment allowed undocument illegal immagrants to stay and all that bullshit.So they should alllow john to go into other countries consider how fuccked up we are
