Do you think it's morally right for a convicted felon to be marked for life?

IF he had paid his debt to society, he should be allowed to be reconciled to a rehabilitated life and be rewarded like any other member of society. That crap about denying them the right to vote, collect lottery winnings, etc. is B.S.
