What would you do if this happened?

If you had your first child by a man that walked out on you when you was pregnant, and you found out he moved in with another woman starts denying his child. You find out he strung out on pcp and he ends up going to jail and now all of a sudden he wants you back and wants to be a family when he gets out. And now he doesnt want a DNA test. Also claims it took him being locked up to realize he loved you and claims hes not talkn to the other woman. Also he doesnt have a car a job or a place to live, just had his 3rd child two that are with another woman but not the woman he cheated with and hes a 3time felon that doesnt get out of jail till december. And on top of that the chick he walked out for was not attractive no car and no job and has two kids that arent his! But now he loves you and wants you back when he gets out of jail! What would you do?
